On the occasion of International Youth Day, the School of Governance and Public Affairs organized an event celebrating the power of the youth. The event was also graced by Registrar, Fr. Antony Raj SJ, Prof. S Peppin, Dean, SGPA and professors from other departments. The Chief Guest for the event, Prof P. V Padma, enlightened us with her thoughts on modernity and traditionalism. A poster-making competition was held before the event on similar lines. The students highlighted the issues faced by the youth in the modern world through a fun yet thought-provoking skit by the members of Abhinaya Club The day ended with a lively debate on the topic, Modernity: to be or not to be.
