PRAXIS Committee
PRAXIS (Public Policy Practitioners Association of XIM, SGPA) is a functional committee under MBA–Public Policy and Management program at the School of Governance and Public Affairs, XIM University, Bhubaneswar.
It aims to create an interactive platform that bridges academic learning with professional practice by providing students practical exposure to public policy and governance. The committee focuses on building knowledge, skills, and competencies aligned with real-world governance challenges.
PRAXIS undertakes several initiatives, including:
- Live projects and fieldwork with other policy schools.
- Webinars and guest talks with industry experts and policymakers.
- Youth Parliament competitions and Constitution quizzes for school students.
- Sampravah, its flagship annual conclave, fostering dialogue among students, think tanks, corporate leaders, and administrators.
Through these activities, PRAXIS continues to connect theory with practice, empowering students to become skilled and impactful policy professionals.

Xureaucrats Club
XUREAUCRATS is the UG Policy Club of the School of Governance and Public Affairs that serves as a platform for students to engage critically with the complex and evolving landscape of governance and public policy. The club is committed to fostering informed discourse and critical thinking through policy simulations, debates, interdisciplinary collaborations, national competitions and many insightful speaker sessions. In alignment with the school’s vision of ‘creating leaders of tomorrow’, Xureaucrats aspires to cultivate ethically grounded, intellectually curious, and socially conscious individuals equipped to contribute meaningfully to public life.
