SAMPRAVAH’26

The School of Governance and Public Affairs (SGPA), XIM University, Bhubaneswar, is set to host its flagship annual event, SAMPRAVAH’26, from 28th to 30th September 2026 at the XIM University New Campus, Bhubaneswar. The three-day event will bring together students, experts, and members of the university community for meaningful conversations, intellectual engagement, policy discussions, and cultural expression.

SAMPRAVAH’26 will feature three key segments — Policy Talk, NIRMAN (Youth Parliament & Policy Simulation), and SANGAM (Cultural Event) — offering participants diverse opportunities to engage, deliberate, express, and learn.

The Policy Talk, scheduled for 28 September 2026, will focus on the theme “Shaping India’s Future: The Role of Policy, Business and Institutions” and will explore the intersection of public policy, business, and institutional capacity in shaping India’s growth and development.

On 29 September 2026, NIRMAN will provide an immersive Youth Parliament and policy simulation experience, encouraging participants to engage with contemporary public policy challenges through parliamentary debates, policy discussions, legislative proposals, and democratic deliberation.

The event will conclude on 30 September 2026 with SANGAM, a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity, and community. The cultural segment will showcase diverse forms of artistic expression through competitions in singing, acting, storytelling, and dance. 

With the vision to “Engage | Empower | Elevate,” SAMPRAVAH’26 will provide a dynamic platform for conversations that shape perspectives, encourage youth participation, and celebrate creativity and collective expression.
