The School of Governance and Public Affairs (SGPA), XIM University, Bhubaneswar, hosted IMPACTx, its flagship Career Advisory Services (CAS) Conclave, on November 22, 2024. Themed “Governing Through Networks: Navigating Complexities in Public Management,” the event brought together distinguished speakers to explore collaborative governance and address challenges in public management through innovative approaches.
The conclave commenced with a warm welcome by Prof. Vaishali Singh, Acting Dean, SGPA, followed by an inaugural address by Father S. Anthony Raj SJ, Registrar, XIM University. Hon’ble Ms. Sofia Firdous, Member of the Legislative Assembly, Barabati-Cuttack, delivered an inspiring keynote address, setting the stage for enriching discussions.
