The conference aims to bring together eminent
scholars, policymakers and students around the world to examine the various
interactions between social policy and technology and their implications for
the discipline and practice of public policy.
The conference will be organized around three sub themes:

Technology and attempts at making of ‘the responsible citizen’
Technology, social policy and questions of ethics
