Bachelor in Public Administration and Governance(Hons.) (BA-PAG)
Public administration and governance studies is where the budding thinkers experience and encounter the ongoing challenges in the administration of the state. Under the aegis of XIM University, School of Governance and Public Affairs multi-disciplinary B.A. (Honors) in Public Administration and Governance is grounded with inputs from political science, economics, sociology and management that would equip the students with the right skills and knowledge to become a public service professional. The school invites the interested young minds to join the program launched in August 2021.
MBA in Public Policy and Management (MBA-PPM)
Building from the legacy of XIM’s reputed management ecosystem, the School of Governance and Public Affairs (SGPA) offers a unique program – an MBA in Public Policy and Management. The program provides rigorous interdisciplinary learning that bridges management with public policy to fill the rising demand for policy professionals in government and business. The skills and expertise imparted as part of the program are now becoming critical for strategic decision-making and long-term success in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. The problem-solving focus of public policy rooted in a sound knowledge of social, economic, and political issues has become indispensable for navigating regulatory landscapes, influencing policy, managing risks, and aligning with societal expectations.
Ph.D Full-Time
This program has been designed to cater to the scholarly needs of candidates who are in a full-time employment. The program is intended to prepare participants for research and teaching positions both within and outside academia. Our doctoral scholars are expected to be specialists in their respective fields and capable of generating new knowledge and be the great new thinkers for our world.
The scholars are expected to develop deep understanding in the areas of research selected by them. They also get a structured exposure to a range of topics, develop various professional skills, and participate in academic and other activities.
Ph.D Part-Time
The program draws upon Indian and global experience in doctoral education in management and various related fields. The program is also designed to serve as a venue for nurturing various academic debates concerning research. The program structure includes a significant component of research training, facilitated by both in-house and visiting researchers. Ph.D Scholars are expected to develop deep understanding in the areas of research selected by them. They also get a structured exposure to a range of management topics, develop various professional skills, and participate in the Institute’s academic activities. The Institute supports participation in academic conferences and publication of one’s work in scholarly media.
